I was honored to have the chance to be on the It’s All About Food podcast with Caryn Hartglass. We discussed my personal journey from the China Study to medical doctor, the state of medicine, and the Center for Nutrition Studies.

Thomas M. Campbell, MD is medical director of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and a practicing, board-certified family physician at the University of Rochester. He is co-founder and clinical director of the UR Program for Nutrition in Medicine, a comprehensive initiative to treat patients using diet and lifestyle. He is a faculty member, co-author of The China Study, and author of The Campbell Plan.
