Daily Green Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup raw almonds

Instructions

  • 1. Mix leafy vegetables in a bowl.
  • 2. Stir in lime juice, almonds and pumpkin seeds.
  • 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
