Green and Orange Balsamic Toss

Vibrant steamed kale and sweet potatoes meld perfectly with this plant-based mustard and balsamic sauce.




  1. Steam kale leaves separately, remove from steamer, and then steam sweet potato and onion together (over water if you have a steamer or in a little water, if not) until sweet potatoes are just soft (try not to overcook).
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a blender or by shaking them in a small lidded container.
  3. Pour sauce on vegetables. Toss and serve.
