Tahini String Beans
Simply delicious string beans boiled slightly and combined with creamy tahini and a little shoyu or soy sauce make a perfect vegan side dish for any meal.
- Simmer string beans and water in a covered two-quart pot for 3 minutes.
- Add shoyu and cook 10 minutes more.
- Remove from heat and stir in tahini. Serve immediately.
