Celeste Esliman is a neurologist who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. She is a founding member of the Argentine Society of Lifestyle Medicine (SAMEV), a member of the Latin American Lifestyle Medicine Association (LALMA), and is currently completing a fellowship in cognitive neurology at FLENI. Celeste completed a postgraduate degree in vegetarian and vegan nutrition (at UBA). She specializes in multiple academic fields, as a teacher in the International Specialization course in Lifestyle Medicine Ricardo Palma University and the Latin American Lifestyle Medicine Association, as head of practical work at the University Institute of Health Sciences (IUCS), and teaching collaborator for undergraduate courses of clinical neurology at the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Business and Social Sciences. It is her professional and personal mission to bring to medical practice and to each home a comprehensive vision of health care where nutrition is a fundamental pillar.
