Deivis Escalante, originally from Venezuela, has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. After suffering from a digestive system condition that bothered him for 4 years, he investigated and switched to a whole food plant-based diet to improve his symptoms. After realizing that this diet helped him reverse his disease, he became passionate about studying more about the root and cause of such conditions.
