T. Colin Campbell, PhD is the Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University and the President and Founder of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. For decades, Dr. Campbell has been at the forefront of nutrition education and research.
