T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies

This flavorful mug of hot chocolate is a favorite in our SOMOS education center, located in La Cumbre, Dominican Republic. Since we have lots of cacao (chocolate) trees growing in the area, the teachers and students visiting from our US partner schools have this drink once or twice a day, often asking for second and third servings.
