Being able to prepare satisfying, nutrient-rich treats without highly refined sugar, oil, or dairy can help you maintain long-term success. These desserts allow for celebration and indulgence while still supporting overall wellness, using ingredients like fruits, nuts, whole grains, and natural sweeteners.
Gluten-free WFPB baking relies on whole, unprocessed ingredients that nourish the body while delivering delicious results. Common staples include gluten-free whole grain flours; flax or chia seeds for egg replacement; date paste, coconut sugar, or maple syrup for sweetness; and nut butters or applesauce for moisture. These ingredients support heart health, digestion, and stable energy while eliminating the need for dairy, eggs, or refined sugar.
Oil-free baking relies on processes that create structure, moisture, and flavor using whole, plant-based ingredients. Moisture comes from foods like mashed bananas, applesauce, or date paste. Binding is achieved using flax or chia “eggs” made by combining the seeds with water and allowing them to gel before mixing. Leavening agents such as baking soda and baking powder provide lift and help maintain a soft and pleasant texture. Finally, add-ins like spices, dried fruits, or chopped nuts result in baked goods that are both wholesome and delicious.
The class recording will be made available after the live session, allowing you to revisit the material at your convenience. Whether you want to bake along at a different time, review specific techniques, or refresh your knowledge, you’ll have access to the full session for ninety days. This flexibility ensures you can move at your own pace and return to your favorite moments as often as needed.
