We welcome submissions on the following topics:

  • Nutrition
  • The environment and food sustainability
  • Whole food, plant-based living
  • Personal transformation
  • Whole food, plant-based recipes (please see guidelines below)

The suggested length for submissions is between 400 to 1,200 words. Articles will be reviewed and may be edited to comply with our guidelines.

Recipe Guidelines

All recipes must be whole food, plant-based and minimally processed. Please no oil, refined flour, refined sugar, or honey.

Please include:

  • An ingredient list with measurements
  • Clear and concise preparation directions
  • Total number of servings
  • Total preparation time
  • A horizontal image of the prepared dish (no stock photos)
  • A brief summary

Recipes will be reviewed and may be edited to comply with our guidelines.

Submission Guidelines

To submit, email the following to newsletter@nutritionstudies.org:

  • Your article or recipe with a working title
  • Your bio (100 words or less) with links to your website and social media pages
  • Photo for your bio
