A healthy prostate is critical to overall well-being and vitality. But what is the best way to support prostate health? How do modern lifestyles—particularly the standard American diet and sedentary habits—contribute to an increased risk of prostate cancer? What can we do to control risk factors like inflammation and a depressed immune system?
Join Dr. Adriana Cortés, Dr. Stacy Loeb, and Gabe Canales, the founder of men’s health nonprofit Blue Cure, on Saturday, September 27, at 9 a.m. (ET) for a comprehensive three-hour exploration of prostate cancer. We’ll be answering all of these questions and more, plus offering practical, proactive steps that you can take to support the healthiest outcomes possible.
Everyone is welcome for this enlightening session. Whether you have a prostate, a loved one with a prostate, or just a passion for better overall health, you will get a lot from this class:

How do diet, lifestyle, and environment influence your overall health and prostate cancer outcomes?
Why is prostate cancer less common in some cultures than others? What can we learn from them?
