Annice was born in North Vancouver, Canada, to an Australian mother and an American father. She met her husband in community theater in the late 70s, and they moved to the Ottawa Valley with their three daughters. Annice recently retired from a wonderful teaching career (drama, English, law, and geography). She enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren and is so excited to finally find time for mountain biking, pickleball, hiking, guitar, and swimming. You can find Annice in her favorite room—the kitchen—creating and adapting recipes to be whole food, plant-based.
