Louisa’s background was in the financial planning industry, with a particular interest in protecting clients financially for unexpected health events. Her awareness of the prevalence of chronic health conditions, coupled with a personal interest, led her to seek out information on optimising health through natural solutions. Louisa was amazed to learn that many of the conditions she had been helping people plan for, from a financial aspect, may have been prevented with nutrition. Her father’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis further motivated her to learn more and share her knowledge with others. Louisa holds a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through eCornell University.
