On-Demand Course/Webinar refunds are allowed up to 48 hours after the time of purchase if you have not started the course/webinar. The price paid, less a 10% admin fee and the merchant service fees for your registration, will be refunded to the method of payment you used. No refunds will be given if you have started the course.
Online Live Course/Webinar refunds are allowed up to 48 hours before the Live Course/Webinar is scheduled to begin. The price paid, less a 10% admin fee and the merchant service fees for your registration, will be refunded to the method of payment you used.

If CNS has to cancel or postpone the course/webinar/event that you registered for, you will have the option to receive a full refund or attend the same course when offered in the future.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) and Digital Content Exception
In accordance with European Union regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw (cancel) their purchase of online services or courses within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without providing a reason.
However, by enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and accept that once you begin accessing the digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal under the EU’s exception for digital services that start with explicit consent.
