On-Demand Course/Webinar refunds are allowed up to 48 hours after the time of purchase if you have not started the course/webinar. The price paid, less a $10 admin fee and the merchant service fees for your registration, will be refunded to the method of payment you used. No refunds will be given if you have started the course.

Online Live Course/Webinar refunds are allowed up to 48 hours before the Live Course/Webinar is scheduled to begin. The price paid, less a $10 admin fee and the merchant service fees for your registration, will be refunded to the method of payment you used.

In-Person Event – refund guidelines may vary for in-person events, please see the in-person event registration page for specific refund guidelines.

If CNS has to cancel or postpone the course/webinar/event that you registered for, you will have the option to receive a full refund or attend the same course when offered in the future.
