WFPB Cooking: Gluten-Free Bread Baking for Beginners
Chef Julia will demonstrate how to make brown rice onigiri filled with three different plant-based fillings, including chickpea tuna, shiitake mushrooms, and seasoned tofu. She will also make vegetable miso soup.
