Allen Appell, PhD is a Professor Emeritus in Marketing for San Francisco State University. He is also a licensed real estate broker in California where he manages his company Appell Properties. He earned his MBA from San Francisco State University and then went on to earn his PhD in Business Administration from Golden Gate University. He volunteers for NutritionFacts.org and is a graduate of the CNS and eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate.
