Craig is a non-profit leader and organic farm homesteader in the New York Finger Lakes region. He holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a law degree from Columbia University. He has founded a non-profit for urban youth in Newark called NJ LEEP [New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Project], led nutrition, gardening and wilderness programs for youth, and has served as a Pastor in rural Pennsylvania where he grew up.
