Federica is a renowned Venezuelan filmmaker living in NYC. She graduated from the London Film Academy and has been part of many productions like Green Book (Oscar to Best Picture), Jack Ryan, Love Life, and more. Federica has also directed her film Tia Juana Light which was part of Cartagena Film Festival Cine en los Barrios, and more recently Nella’s music Video “Voy” with which she won Best New Artist at the Latin Grammy. Over the years, she realized food “on set” is not always the healthiest, so she felt motivated to learn more about how to optimize her nutrition to improve her overall health and quality of life. As she developed an understanding about the impact of what we eat and how it shapes not only our health, but the planet we live in, she fell in love with the plant based lifestyle. Federica is a graduate of the CNS and Cornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program and has completed training in plant-based cooking and coaching. She is currently working on a few projects to utilize her profession to create awareness on global sustainability issues. Follow her on Instagram.
