Vivienne Alexa Robinson and Dr. Poornima Luthra are both graduates of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate. They are two passionate food lovers who have discovered over time that a plant-based diet was what suited them and the environment best. They understand that putting delicious plant-based options on menus at home and in restaurants can be challenging hence their passion to create Plantier. For many years, they have adopted a plant-based lifestyle due to both personal choice and food intolerances. Seeing the huge difference this lifestyle choice has made in their lives, and the positive impact it can have on the environment, they founded Plantier. After many plates of just vegetables and leaving restaurants feeling desperately hungry, they decided to work with restaurants and individuals to inspire them to create mouth-watering and satisfying plant-based meals. The hope is that everyone will put more plant-based meals on their menus at home and in restaurants, while also contributing towards the sustainability of our planet.
