Project Title: Cooking Up Health

Project Description: Cooking up Health, an expansion of a larger initiative, will teach resident physicians about plant-based nutrition so they can see the benefits of nutritional self-care firsthand and more effectively share this knowledge with their patients. This culinary medicine elective will also send student physicians into a disadvantaged community to teach children about plant-based nutrition.
