Angela Alfaro, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician and a Fellow at the American Academy of Family Practice. She is the founder of The Alfa Doc LLC, a personalized integrative and functional medicine practice, and the board chair of the Sound Wellness Alliance Network in Valdez, Alaska, where she advocates for her community and encourages them to live by the pillars of eating well, moving more, living socially-connected, and standing mentally strong. She is currently creating an online membership program called Awakening: Restorative Medicine for Women.
