Alison Ozgur is a registered dietitian, educator, registered yoga teacher, and certified meditation teacher. She is the co-author of the plant-based nutrition and fitness book, Go Beyond Good. Alison has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, a Master’s in Health Science and a Master of Arts in Teaching. In addition to teaching for CNS, Alison is an instructor at Portland Community College in the health studies department.
