Beth is chair/executive lead of Rooted Santa Barbara County, a CNS Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate Professional with a master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition, and a mother of a plant-based family for eleven years. As a professional fundraiser for 20+ years, Beth has built community around shared missions, raising over $30 million for local and national nonprofits. She holds a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Global Peace and Security from the University of California, Santa Barbara, completed masters level coursework in public policy and administration, and earned professional certificates in board leadership, fundraising, marketing, and grant-writing for nonprofits.
