Daniela Frutos, LD, MPH, is originally from Mexico. She completed a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Montemorelos and a Master's Degree in Public Health at the National Institute of Public Health. Daniela completed academic programs at the University of Girona and the University of Maastricht. She has worked to promote health and a plant-based diet through the design, implementation, and evaluation of community and university programs with a focus on food security and sovereignty. She currently directs the Nutrition and Lifestyle program at the University of Montemorelos in Mexico. Daniela has completed the T.
