Dennis Heinz was raised in a “traditional German family” where there was an emphasis on meat and dairy consumption. He is now a professional chef after retiring from Radio Broadcast Management. He is also the Executive Director for his local food bank and works in conjunction with the National Park Service as Executive Director for a Youth Camp. He has embraced the whole food, plant-based lifestyle and is a graduate of the CNS and eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate.
