Didem Varol is a Registered Dietitian and currently lives in Istanbul, Turkey where she runs her own private practice, Plantgevity Nutrition Solutions. Prior to that, she spent almost 10 years working at Toronto Public Health as a Public Health Dietitian in the field of chronic disease prevention. She completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell.
