
Dr. Evelyn Re is a physician specializing in clinical cardiology. She graduated from the National University of Rosario (UNR), where she also served as a faculty member in the Medical School. She has a multidisciplinary background with a postgraduate degree in plant-based nutrition, a diploma in chronobiology and sleep medicine, and an international certification in lifestyle medicine. She is the academic director of the first university diploma in lifestyle medicine for physicians in Argentina, offered at the Interamerican Open University. It is the only lifestyle medicine program in the country recognized by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM). Dr. Re represents the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) in Argentina, promoting plant-based nutrition education in academic settings. She currently serves as president of the Argentine Medical Association of Lifestyle Medicine (AMAMEV) and leads scientific initiatives in this field, fostering clinical practice guidelines. Additionally, she is pursuing a PhD in medical sciences and actively participates as an educator and speaker at national and international events.
