Evelyn Vanina Re, born in Argentina, is a cardiologist specializing in plant-based nutrition. She graduated from the National University of Rosario (UNR), where she was also an ad honorem professor for the department of medical sciences. In the course of her professional practice, she came to understand the importance of carrying out an integrative approach to the cardiovascular patient, as well as being able to cover pathologies from their roots: habits. It was at that moment that she decided to pursue a university postgraduate degree in plant-based nutrition. Evelyn currently practices with an integrative approach, recommending a plant-based diet and guidelines based on principles from lifestyle medicine.
