Emily Wood is a registered dietitian nutritionist and mom of 3, who has been making plants the center of her family's plates since 2017. She is the Plant-Based Nutrition Coordinator for the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies where she helps develop and expand the center's wellness program initiatives. She is so grateful that every day she gets to work towards a mission she loves and deeply believes in - helping others get more plants on their plates.
