Marlyn Portalatín is a graphic and instructional designer. After reading The China Study and being diagnosed with endometriosis, she decided to adopt a plant-based diet, which helped her to significantly improve her condition to the point of not requiring medications. She completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell, as well as other certifications in agroecological urban agriculture and professional plant-based cooking. She currently shares information and recipes on plant-based eating and agroecology on her blog, SinergiaNutricional.net and Instagram.
