Melinda Ring, MD, FACP, ABOIM serves as Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Northwestern University. She earned her medical degree and residency at the University of Chicago and is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. As part of her academic work, she co-created a novel culinary medicine course to train health professionals and she also conducts research on nutrition and integrative medicine. Dr. Ring lectures widely, contributes to textbooks and research articles, and has received multiple awards for her work in the field of integrative health.
