Simbiat Oladoja has a degree in Food Science and Nutrition, and earned her Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell. She is an advocate for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and she is passionate about zero hunger, nutraceuticals, food security, and eradicating malnutrition. She is also the founder and lead nutritionist of SOBNUTRITION and the founder of NUTRIFIED PROJECT AFRICA, projects which bring nutrition awareness, support, and multilingual education to communities across Africa. She has served as a youth ambassador for the Institute of Economics and Peace (Australia), an ambassador to World Literacy Foundation (Australia), and a global youth ambassador to Theirworld (United Kingdom). She is an alumna of Accra Business School in leadership and management.
