It is exactly the type of information about nutrtion and health that I have always craved. I even took a nutrition course at my community college a few years ago and all they did was reinforce the status quo. Even though I have not read all of it I have begun to incorporate the principles and ordered the cookbook. Maybe I could figure it all out on my own using vegan cook books but I am looking forward to seeing the recipes used by Dr. Campbell's family.
