Campbell presents an in depth analysis of the latest research study, Effects of low-carbohydrate and low-fat diets: a randomized trial by Bazzano and Reynolds et al 2014. Dr. Campbell concludes that eliminating processed carbohydrates will result in more weight loss than eating marginally lower fat versions of the same unhealthy foods.
