Annika Lundkvist is a photographer and writer currently residing in the Stockholm region of Sweden with her husband and son. She made the shift to veganism in 2014. Her passion for cooking and nutrition also began to develop from this transition and by 2017 her attention turned more to the benefits of whole food, plant-based eating and learning to integrate that into her cooking.
