A crispy, delicious snack for any time of day! These nuggets come together in minutes. And because they’re made with chickpeas and oats, they’re nutritious too.

unsweetened, plain plant-based milk

whole-grain bread crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add all ingredients except plant-based milk and bread crumbs to a blender or food processor. Pulse to combine, but be careful to not overprocess. You want to maintain some texture.
2. Using your hands, shape the mixture into 8–10 nuggets.
3. Add the plant-based milk and bread crumbs to separate bowls. Dip each nugget into the plant-based milk then the bread crumbs, coating them well.
4. Place the coated nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite condiments. I like to mix plant-based mayo with ketchup.
