1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Pour the mixture into a waffle iron and cook.

Fruit Sauce
1. In a small saucepan, combine the fruits, apple juice, and sea salt. Bring to a boil.
2. In a separate container, mix the kuzu and cold water. Set aside.
3. Once the fruit and juice mixture comes to a boil, gradually add the dissolved kuzu while stirring with a whisk. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
