Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup dates, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp raw carob powder
  • 1 Tbsp date paste
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • 1. Process all ingredients in a food processor.
  • 2. Once fudge batter forms into a ball, press mixture into an 8-inch square dish.
  • 3. Chill in refrigerator for one hour.
  • 4. Cut into squares and serve.
