
Creamy Oil-free Salad Dressing


What You'll Need
1 cup of cashews
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup plain non-dairy yogurt
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 Tbsp spicy mustard
1 tsp of black pepper
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp ginger
Fresh herbs to taste: basil, parsley, or rosemary (optional)

How to Make It
1 In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary to reach desired thickness.
2 Store in a sealed glass container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
