Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cashews
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp granulated onion
  • 1 Tbsp spicy mustard
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • Fresh herbs to taste: basil, parsley, or rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary to reach desired thickness.
  • 2. Store in a sealed glass container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
