Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium tamari
  • 2 Tbsp all-natural peanut butter (100% peanuts)
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Chinese five spice powder
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until everything is well incorporated. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. You can also use a blender for this recipe, but since the amounts are so small it’s easier to use a hand whisk.
