Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2–3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled and mashed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • Pinch ground black pepper
  • Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, hemp seeds, chopped mango, blueberries

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine all the ingredients except the toppings and stir until well combined.
  • 2. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours before serving.
  • 3. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
