Ingredients

  • 12 oz organic firm silken tofu
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ white onion
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender, process all the ingredients until well combined.
  • 2. Serve with your favorite salad, power bowl, steamed veggies, or wrap.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. Add more water if the dressing is too thick.
