Creamy Sesame Dressing
What You'll Need
4 rounded Tbsp sesame tahini
1 Tbsp onion, chopped
2 umeboshi plums, pitted and chopped
1 dash of soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown rice syrup
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup of water
How to Make It
1 Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2 Slowly add water to achieve a creamy consistency.
Umeboshi plums are fermented ume fruits from Japan that are salty and sour. They can be found online at retailers such as Amazon if you can not find in your local grocery store.
Substitute 1 ½ Tbsp maple syrup for the brown rice syrup.
