What You'll Need
4 cloves roasted garlic
½ cup sesame tahini
¼ cup Braggs apple cider vinegar
Juice of one lemon
¼-¾ cup water, as needed for desired consistency
Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
¼ cup finely chopped (fresh) Italian parsley
How to Make It
1 Using a blender or whisk, combine first 4 ingredients.
2 Add water 1/4 cup at a time to desired consistency.
3 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4 Add chopped parsley, combine well.
