Vegan Caramel Sauce
What You'll Need
1 cup date paste
2 Tbsp plant-based milk, unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup almond butter
Juice from ½ lemon or lime
Pinch of salt (optional)
How to Make It
1 Place all the sauce ingredients in a blender and process for approximately 3 minutes.
2 Pour the sauce into a container and cover with a lid. Keep refrigerated.
