  • 1 12.3 oz package of organic firm silken tofu
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 Tbsp strawberry preserves (fruit sweetened)
  • 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice


  • 1. In a blender, process all the ingredients until smooth.
  • 2. Place mixture into a freezer-safe dish and allow to set for 45 minutes.
  • 3. Scoop and serve. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
