Vegan “Parmesan” Cheese
What You'll Need
¼ cup raw cashews
¼ cup blanched slivered almonds
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
¼ tsp sea salt or to taste
¼ tsp garlic powder
Pinch black pepper
How to Make It
1 Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse for about one minute.
Do not overprocess the ingredients or you will turn the mixture into parmesan butter.
