Ingredients

  • 1½ cups shelled edamame, steamed or boiled
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 2 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
