1½ cups shelled edamame, steamed or boiled

1 Tbsp tahini

Juice of 2 lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ground cumin

¼ cup water

¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

1 In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
