Sweet Potato Hummus Recipe - Plant-Based Diet

What You'll Need


1 medium sweet potato (steam 20 minutes, cool & remove skin)

1 15 oz can cannellini or white kidney beans, rinsed

1-2 cloves garlic, peeled

3 Tbsp tahini

2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo

1 Tbsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt (optional)

2 Tbsp lemon juice


How to Make It


1 Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
