Margarita Restrepo is the founder and president of WFPB.ORG, an independent, nonpartisan, non-profit organization that empowers sustainable health for humans and planet through a plant-based lifestyle. She is also the founder and editor-in-chief of the award-winning plant-based nutrition publication, Naked Food Magazine. She is a leading recipe developer and Naked Food Chef, author of the Naked Food Cookbook and co-author of the Master Plants Cookbook. She is a graduate of the CNS and eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate and holds a double major degree in Graphic Arts and Marketing.
