She is a leading recipe developer and Naked Food Chef, author of the Naked Food Cookbook and co-author of the Master Plants Cookbook. She is a graduate of the CNS and eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate and holds a double major degree in Graphic Arts and Marketing.
